Qualifications

• 4+ years in mortgage loan servicing or related role.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Passport.
• Ability to manage time and priorities in a high-volume environment.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Ensure escrow activities are performed promptly for mortgage servicing portfolio loans.
• Monitor escrow vendors and review reports.
• Issue dashboard/SLA reports and meet escrow metrics monthly.
• Escalate unresolved issues to management and report on resolutions.
• Provide training and promote best practices within the Escrow Department.
• Manage special projects with regular status updates and deadlines.
