Job summary

Regions is seeking a Loan Servicing Escrow Specialist to maintain escrow accounts within the loan servicing team. You will handle escrow analysis per RESPA/HUD/FHA guidelines and manage vendor audits, tax/insurance payments, and annual reviews.

The role requires strong data entry, Excel/Word proficiency, and excellent communication skills. Onsite work with regular office hours is expected, with overtime possible under FLSA.

Qualifications

• Ability to interpret and ensure compliance with applicable rules and regulations.
• Strong data entry and typing skills.
• Proficient in Excel and Word for documentation and analysis.
• Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Receives and analyzes escrow data in compliance with RESPA, HUD, FHA guidelines.
• Audits escrow vendors and processes payments for taxes and insurance.
• Performs escrow research and annual analyses; maintains accuracy of escrow trailers.
• Monitors flood insurance on escrowed loans and ensures regulatory compliance.
• Communicates with customers to resolve escrow-related questions and issues.
