Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance/economics/business administration or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of progressively responsible loan servicing, loan administration, or banking operations experience.
• Expert knowledge of loan servicing practices.
• Advanced regulatory and compliance knowledge.
• Leadership and coaching capability.
• Risk identification and mitigation.
• Advanced analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong organizational influence and communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Aufgaben

• Lead complex escrow servicing and exception resolution activities.
• Review and approve high‑risk or complex system maintenance transactions.
• Oversee participation loan settlement processing and reconciliation.
• Balance and reconcile complex loan‑related general ledger accounts.
• Serve as the department subject matter expert for HMDA servicing support.
• Conduct advanced quality assurance reviews and identify operational risks.
• Assist management with regulatory examinations, internal audits, and loan reviews.
• Mentor and train Loan Servicing Specialists I and II.
• Assist with system testing, upgrades, and implementation initiatives.
• Serve as a resource for loan officers, processors, branch associates, and management.
• Oversee the administration of Credit Life and Credit Disability programs, including vendor communications, enrollments, claims processing, reconciliations, and compliance monitoring.
• Participate in department projects, workflow redesign, and process improvement initiatives.
• Assist with development and maintenance of department procedures and training materials.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
