Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Workday Application certification(s) or ability to achieve as required by department.
• 3 years experience with enterprise platforms (EHRs/ITSM/ERPs).

Responsibilities

• Proactively identifies barriers to completing work and escalates issues with proposed solutions.
• Attends required meetings and assumes accountability for follow-ups with closed loop communication.
• Leads cross-functional workstreams and ensures tasks stay within scope and project guidelines.
• Manages scheduling, timelines, and resource allocation for optimization requests.
• Develops partnerships with operational staff as a subject matter advisor for application questions.
• Configures features, security settings, and develops support documentation and workflows.
