Job summary

UMass Memorial Health Care, Inc. is seeking an experienced IT/PM professional to lead enterprise projects and critical incidents, coordinating with vendors and internal teams to optimize workflows and system configurations.

The role requires strong communication, independent work style, and ability to mentor others. A Bachelor's in CS or related field plus Epic/Workday certifications are preferred, with Lean Green Belt and PMP/CAPM desirable. Signing bonus may be available.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
Epic/Workday/Application certification(s); ability to achieve as required by department.
Lean Green Belt certification or ability to achieve as required by department.
Project Management certification (PMP/CAPM) preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead multiple projects and critical incidents; provide expert guidance.
Share knowledge and engage with vendors to solve complex problems.
Advance product knowledge and obtain necessary certifications; participate in development programs.
Help plan and estimate hours for upcoming projects; manage tasks effectively.
Recommend workflow modifications and apply standard solutions with vendors.
Mentor team members and cover managerial responsibilities when needed.
Drive projects from conception to completion with minimal oversight.
Troubleshoot configuration and integration issues; coordinate with third-party vendors.
Be adaptable and available for after-hours work and on-call rotation.
