• Develops test scripts, job aids and training materials for users.
• Investigates configuration issues and implements fixes across servers and services.
• Partners with SMEs, caregivers and vendors to configure features and maintain vendor software.
• Mentors less experienced team members and supports ongoing professional development.
• Maintains up-to-date knowledge of current products and industry trends.
