You will oversee design, delivery, optimization and support of HCM applications, and lead a high‑performing team aligned with HR operations and enterprise goals.

The role requires deep HR processes knowledge, vendor management skills, and a track record in healthcare IT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 8 years equivalent experience.
• Epic/Workday/Application certifications or ability to achieve, as required by department.
• Lean Green Belt certification or ability to achieve, as required by department.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the design, delivery, optimization, and support of HCM applications, with a strong focus on Workday.
• Leads the IS Applications team, partnering with HR Operations and enterprise stakeholders to ensure reliable, scalable HCM systems.
