Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or applicable experience.
• 4 years’ experience with support software applications; healthcare setting preferred.
• 4 years’ experience in software development/engineering, data analysis, scripting; experience with implementation/support of similar applications.
• Experience managing small projects (<3 months).

Responsibilities

• Facilitate user group meetings; prepare, lead, collect feedback, and provide status updates.
• Propose system solutions addressing business problems and educate users on options and timelines.
• Ensure changes follow change control for quality and reliability of applications.
• Serve as primary liaison to MIS vendors and user community for changes to owned applications.
• Identify gaps between user needs and MIS resources to justify investments.
• Resolve technical issues in assigned applications timely based on priority and options.
• Manage projects to defined timelines and budgets leveraging standard tools; mentor team members and users.
