Job summary

Lehigh Valley Health Network seeks a qualified Workday Finance Configuration professional to support financial modules, testing, and reporting. You will work closely with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and deliver technical solutions within the Workday ecosystem.

The role involves full lifecycle development, system configuration, testing, and collaboration with finance teams to ensure accurate and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 4 years of progressive experience in information management/ IT or ERP applications.
• Experience with ERP configuration and reporting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with finance teams.

Responsibilities

• Configure Workday financial modules (financial accounting, AP, expenses) to support integration with other systems.
• Develop and execute test plans for upgrades, enhancements, and integrations.
• Assist in disaster recovery planning and upgrade support.
• Analyze data and create reports to support decisions.
• Troubleshoot system issues and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with finance functional teams and provide technical guidance.
