Job summary
Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a Workday ERP Solutions Architect to lead technical design across Workday HCM, Finance, and Supply Chain. Leverage Extend, Studio, and APIs to optimize and expand the Workday platform, collaborating with business partners and ERP workstream leads.
You will guide architecture decisions, champion AI/ML capabilities, and mentor developers to deliver scalable, secure ERP solutions across the health system.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong hands‑on experience with Workday Extend and Workday Studio.
- Experience with REST and SOAP APIs and Workday Web Services.
- Experience leading ERP implementations; 10+ years with at least 3‑5 years on Workday.
Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end technical design and delivery of Workday ERP solutions across HCM, Financials, Supply Chain, and Grants.
- Serve as technical solution owner for the Workday platform and ensure scalable architectures.
- Design and build custom applications with Workday Extend.
- Champion Workday AI/ML tools, analytics, and automation to improve operations.
- Architect and develop integrations using Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, and Web Services.
- Optimize performance, workflows, and user experiences; ensure security and compliance.
- Document architectures per standards and regulatory requirements; support testing and change management.
- Collaborate with ERP leads and vendors to define technical roadmaps; mentor staff.
