Job summary

Lehigh Valley Health Network (LVHN) provides technical and functional support for ERP or Corporate Applications, assisting with system configuration, testing, and reporting under guidance. This role will support Workday finance functions and collaborate with business users to ensure accurate operations.

The position emphasizes configuration assessment, testing, and liaison with process owners to deliver reliable financial system solutions in a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field supporting Financial Management applications.
• Minimum of 1 year of progressively responsible experience supporting, configuring, or administering enterprise financial systems, preferably Workday Financial Management.
• Experience with ERP application configuration, business process maintenance, security administration, reporting, dashboards, and data analysis within Workday or similar financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Assists in determining the best technical solutions for issues and integration with other systems/processes.
• Evaluates configuration, implementation and maintenance for development, staging and production environments.
• Analyzes work processes and troubleshoots operational problems.
• Executes thorough and complete test scenarios and plans.
• Assists in developing technology standards.
• Serves as a liaison to process owners and subject matter experts, providing support or strategic partnership.
