Included Health is seeking a Workday Systems Analyst – Finance to design, configure, and deliver Workday Financials and related finance apps, partnering with Finance to translate needs into practical solutions.

You will provide production support, enable accurate reporting, manage integrations, testing, and documentation while staying current with Workday releases in a healthcare technology context.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience supporting Finance organizations or related areas.
• 3–4 years hands-on with Workday Financials or comparable ERP modules.
• Ability to translate business needs into system solutions.
• Experience gathering requirements, process analysis, and documentation.
• Experience troubleshooting and communicating resolutions to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support Workday Financials and related finance applications.
• Configure and maintain Workday business processes and reports.
• Support integrations and data flows between Workday and adjacent applications.
• Provide day-to-day production support and troubleshoot issues.
• Develop test plans and coordinate testing for changes.
