Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 4 years of progressive experience in information management/ IT or ERP applications.
• Experience with ERP configuration and reporting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with finance teams.

Job Duties

• Configure Workday financial modules (financial accounting, AP, expenses) based on business requirements to support technical solutions for issues/processes and how they can/should be integrated with other business and technical systems/processes.
• Develop and execute test plans for upgrades, enhancements, and integrations.
• Assist in disaster recovery planning and upgrade support.
• Analyze data and create reports to support operational and strategic decisions.
• Troubleshoot system issues and recommend improvements.
• Develops, plans and executes thorough and complete test scenarios and plans.
• Collaborate with finance functional teams and provide technical guidance on processes.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Sciences and Technology, Information Management, or fields related to the system functions supported OR High School Diploma and 7 years preferred work experience.
• 4 years Progressive experience in Information Management or Information Technology or 4 years Combination experience of Information Technology, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) , Corporate Applications and Healthcare.
• ERP or Corporate Applications configuration and reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Process knowledge of assigned area(s) and applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork.

Physical Demands

Lift and carry 25 lbs. frequent sitting/standing, frequent keyboard use, *patient care providers may be required to perform activities specific to their role including kneeling, bending, squatting and performing CPR.
