Job summary
Salesforce, Inc. seeks an experienced IC Service Manager for Financial Systems to own end-to-end stability and compliance of core ERP tools like Workday Financials and Vertex.
You’ll partner with Finance, Accounting, and Tax to translate requirements into robust technical solutions while leading a global team of engineers across time zones. You will drive incident resolution, root-cause analysis, and UAT for enhancements, ensuring SOX controls and data privacy are maintained, with disaster
Qualifications
- 12+ years in software engineering & operations with ownership of Financial ERP Systems (Workday, Vertex).
- Proven ITSM background: incident/problem/change mgmt, API/integration support, RCA.
- Expertise in at least one Finance process (R2R, S2P, P2P, Plan to Perform).
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end stability, performance, and compliance of enterprise financial systems.
- Partner with Finance, Accounting, Procurement, Tax, Treasury to translate needs into solutions.
- Lead and mentor a global team of systems engineers across time zones.
- Drive RCA to prevent recurring failures and manage Level 2/3 support and UAT.
- Audit controls, SOX compliance, data privacy, and statutory reporting.
- Oversee access governance, RBAC, SoD, and disaster recovery planning.
