Salesforce is seeking an experienced IC Service Manager for Financial Systems to own end-to-end operations of ERP platforms like Workday and Vertex. You will lead a global team, drive incident resolution, and ensure SOX compliance and data integrity across finance systems.

Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Procurement, Tax, and Treasury to translate requirements into robust technical solutions, while maintaining high availability and security.

Qualificações

• 12+ years of software engineering and operations with service ownership of Financial ERP Systems (Workday, Vertex, SaaS).
• Strong ITSM background including incident/problem/change management.
• Experience with finance processes (Record to Report, Source to Pay, Plan to Perform).
• Experience leading a global team across multiple time zones.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end stability, performance, compliance, and optimization of enterprise financial systems.
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, Procurement, Tax, Treasury to translate needs into technical solutions.
• Lead and mentor systems engineers to meet SLAs and KPIs for core ERP systems.
• Own high-priority incidents and drive root-cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
• Coordinate Level 2/3 support and UAT for bugs and enhancements.
• Ensure SOX compliance and data privacy in financial platforms.
