Salesforce seeks an Experience Systems Engineer to administer and optimize our Finance Workday systems. You’ll partner with developers and business stakeholders to ensure end-to-end processes run smoothly and securely, aligning with our AI-driven approach to operational excellence.

The role requires hands-on Workday expertise, incident management, and strong collaboration across teams. It offers a fast-paced environment in Dallas with competitive benefits and opportunities for innovation.

Formación

• 4-8+ years hands-on experience with Workday Financials modules (AR, AP, GL, Assets, Banking & Settlement)
• Experience in production support and incident management in a SOX environment
• Certified Workday expert in at least one Financial module
• Familiarity with Workday Security, Business Processes, Reports, and Integrations framework

Responsabilidades

• Administer and manage Workday Financials applications supporting critical business processes
• Provide enterprise application support, troubleshoot issues, and perform trend analysis
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to implement new functionality and AI-driven workflows
