Job summary

Collins Aerospace, a leader in advanced aerospace and defense solutions, is hiring an ERP Business Analyst – Order to Cash to drive our Process & Systems Transformation program. The role focuses on SAP S/4HANA for a standardized ERP platform and cross-functional collaboration at a major Charlotte site.

You will design, test, and implement O2C processes, integrate CRM/CPQ/contract apps, and support data migration and reporting. A strong SAP background and US citizenship are required.

Qualifications

• University degree with 10+ years of experience or advanced degree with 7+ years.
• U.S. Citizenship is required for access to program information.
• 10+ years in SAP with Order to Cash experience.
• Strong digital process understanding for Order to Cash workstreams.
• Experience translating business needs into system requirements.
• Experience with SAP configurations, data management and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business, digital and cross-functional teams on ERP requirements for O2C (pricing, contracts, sales orders, billing, collections).
• Support design and implementation of S/4HANA to align with operating model.
• Evaluate bolt-on applications for CRM, CPQ, contract management and portals.
• Support integration testing between S/4HANA and customer-facing apps for data exchange.
• Document sales order, pricing, credit, invoicing, and AR processes.
• Assist with AR activities and reconciliation with finance.
• Map and cleanse customer master data and pricing records.
• Prepare functional specs for forms, reports, conversions, integrations, workflows.
• Support end-to-end testing for O2C processes and test automation.
• Analyze key process metrics like order cycle time and billing accuracy.
• Travel up to 25-50%.
