Collins Aerospace is hiring an ERP Business Analyst – Order to Cash (O2C) to drive the Collins Process & Systems Transformation program, focusing on SAP S/4HANA and end-to-end O2C processes from quotes to billing. You will work with cross-functional teams to harmonize processes and enable standardized ERP capabilities.

This hybrid role is based at one of Collins’ major facilities with 25-50% travel, collaborating with business, digital, and external resources to design, build, test, and cutover

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in SAP with Order to cash experience.
• Experience in ERP implementations using SAP S/4HANA.
• Ability to translate business needs into system requirements and processes.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint design for O2C processes and harmonization.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to configure SAP S/4HANA.
• Support testing, cutover, and hypercare activities.
• Assist in data mapping, conversions, and master data validation.
