Job summary

Collins Aerospace seeks an SAP R2R Controlling & Project Systems Analyst to support SAP ECC 6.8 and transition to SAP S/4HANA. The role requires U.S. citizenship and a hybrid work setup with on-site Charlotte, NC and remote elements.

You will deliver project work across CO/PS, provide functional support, and assist with month-end close, cost analyses, and system improvements. Close collaboration with ABAP, security, and project teams is essential.

Qualifications

Minimum 8 years of experience with SAP CO/PS configuration and production support.
Experience with Product Costing, CO-PA, PS, RA, and RAR.
Strong knowledge of financial accounting and aerospace/defense practices.
Hands-on support for month-end close and R2R processes.
Collaborates with ABAP, security, infrastructure, and project teams.

Responsibilities

Deliver project work across SAP CO/PS with requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and training.
Provide functional support across CO, PS, RA, RAR, and related modules.
Estimate costs for approved projects and enhancements.
Identify system and process improvements to enhance stability and performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on major production enhancements.
Support month-end and year-end close activities and pegging analyses.
Work with ABAP and interface teams to deliver integrated solutions.
Coordinate with Security/Compliance and Infrastructure teams on delivery and documentation.
Assist users with reporting tools including SAP BW and BusinessObjects.
