Collins Aerospace is seeking an ERP Business Analyst – Order to Cash (O2C) to drive the SAP S/4HANA ERP transformation. This role covers blueprint, build, testing, and cutover activities across Order-to-Cash processes and interfaces with finance and commercial teams.

The position offers a hybrid work arrangement from Collins’ major facilities. Candidates should have 10+ years' SAP O2C experience, strong business-to-IT translation skills, and a track record in large-scale ERP projects.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years' experience in SAP with Order to cash.
• ERP implementation experience using SAP S/4HANA.
• Ability to translate business needs into system requirements and process improvements.
• Experience in large, complex ERP transformation programs.

Aufgaben

• Blueprint detailed design for O2C processes and harmonization.
• Build and configure SAP S/4HANA capabilities with internal Collins teams.
• Test scenarios, scripts, and defect resolution with stakeholders.
• Support cutover, hypercare, and go-live for ERP migration.
