Job summary

Collins Aerospace in Charlotte, NC seeks an SAP R2R Controlling & Project Systems Analyst to support SAP ECC 6.8 and transition to SAP S/4HANA. The role blends on-site and remote work within a hybrid model, with U.S.

citizenship required and no security clearance. You will deliver project work across SAP CO/PS, perform month‑end close tasks, and collaborate with ABAP, security, and infrastructure teams.

Qualifications

• University degree with 8+ years of experience or Advanced Degree with 5+ years.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Experience with SAP CO/PS configuration and production support.
• Proficiency with Product Costing, CO-PA, PS, RA, RAR, GPD.
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting and aerospace/defense industry practices.
• Hands-on support for month-end close and R2R processes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver project work across SAP projects including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and training materials.
• Support break/fix tickets and provide SAP functional assistance across CO/PS modules.
• Provide estimates for approved projects and enhancements.
• Identify and implement system and process improvements for stability and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on major production enhancements.
• Support month-end and year-end close activities and analyze pegging errors and unsettled costs.
• Work with ABAP and interface teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Partner with security/compliance, infrastructure, and project management teams.
