Job summary

Belden, Inc. seeks a senior SAP O2C analyst to lead SAP S/4 implementations for Order-to-Cash, modernizing the order management lifecycle from planning through training. You will drive data migration, system configuration, testing, and user enablement across finance, sales, logistics, and IT.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in IT with SAP S/4 and O2C focus, legacy ERP migration experience, and strong communication skills to influence stakeholders. Hybrid/remote work options are available.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT experience focused on Order Management and SAP S/4 (O2C).
• Hands-on SAP S/4 implementation knowledge for O2C processes.
• Experience migrating from legacy ERP to SAP S/4HANA.
• Understanding of SD/MM modules and integration with other SAP modules.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Relevant certifications (SAP SD, FI/CO) a plus.

Responsibilities

• SAP S/4 Implementation: lead SAP S/4 for Order-to-Cash including planning, configuration, testing, and user training.
• Legacy ERP migration: help define roadmap and strategy for migration to SAP S/4Hana focusing on O2C.
• Requirements Definition: gather and document business requirements for SAP O2C
• Data Migration and Integration: analyze legacy data, map data, and plan migration; define integrations with SAP S/4 and other systems.
• Sales Order Management: optimize order management workflows in SAP S/4 (quoting, order creation, pricing, availability, credit, invoicing, delivery).
• Testing and QA: develop and execute testing plans for end-to-end process.
• Change Management: training, communication plans, user adoption.
