Job summary

Collins Aerospace is hiring an ERP Business Analyst – Order to Cash (O2C) to drive the Process & Systems Transformation program. The role focuses on harmonizing ERP processes across the company using SAP S/4HANA, with emphasis on opportunity-to-cash activities and data integrity.

The ideal candidate has extensive SAP O2C experience and can work across blueprint, build, testing, and cutover phases in a hybrid environment from a major Collins facility. Travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience.
• U.S. Citizenship is required for access to program information.
• Minimum of 10+ years' experience in SAP systems with Order to cash experience.
• Strong understanding of digital processes for the Order to Cash workstream: quotes, contracts, sales orders, returns, pricing and billing processes, EDI, customer applications.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business, digital, and cross-functional teams to understand ERP requirements, focusing on Opportunity-to-Cash processes (quotes, contracts, sales orders, billing, collections).
• Support the design and implementation of S/4HANA solutions that align with Collins operating model and best practices.
• Assist in evaluating bolt-on applications for CRM, configure-price-quote, contract management, and customer portals.
• Support integration and testing between S/4HANA and customer-facing apps for data exchange across the O2C lifecycle.
• Document end-to-end processes, including order management, pricing, invoicing, accounts receivable, and data policies.
• Travel expectations 25-50%.
