Collins Aerospace seeks an Enterprise Data Management team member to support ERP data migration and harmonization initiatives for the S/4 migration. You will apply deep expertise in BU systems, data structures, and processes to ensure accurate mapping, cleansing, and validation, while developing harmonized data for reporting and analytics.

The role oversees data‑cleansing metrics and collaborates with BU data leads to drive data quality improvements pre- and post-migration.

Qualifikationen

• University degree with 12+ years of experience, or advanced degree with 10+ years.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
• Strong SAP knowledge across MM/SD/FI/CO modules and data structures.

Aufgaben

• Data Cleansing & Validation: collaborate with BU Data SMEs to cleanse data for migration on schedule.
• Data Harmonization: support data harmonization across BU for standardized reporting post-ERP.
• Issue Resolution: identify and resolve data-related issues during extraction, cleansing and migration.
• Continuous Improvement: provide feedback to improve data management, integration, and governance.
• Business Rules Validation: ensure legacy rules are translated correctly into the S/4 system.
• Defect Resolution: identify and fix data defects during cleansing and migration.
• Collaboration with DT Teams: work with BU DT Data SMEs and Migration teams to align data requirements.
• Ongoing Data Management: maintain data accuracy post-migration for consistency with processes.
