Job summary

CPI Card Group in the United States seeks a Senior Manager, Business Solutions to lead ERP and MES programs, align IT with manufacturing processes, and partner with stakeholders to drive value-driven transformation across enterprise platforms.

You will build and mentor the Business Applications team, manage executive relationships, and push standardization and agile delivery to accelerate production and transform finance, supply chain, and operations in a regulated manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• 10+ years ERP implementation experience across cloud platforms.
• 7+ years leading and mentoring teams.
• Experience with MES solutions in manufacturing.
• Strong stakeholder and executive communication.
• Knowledge of SOX and PCI regulations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to align ERP/MES with target architecture.
• Build and mentor a high-performing Business Applications team.
• Manage executive stakeholders and drive agile delivery.
• Define technology vision and multi-year ERP/MES roadmap.
• Guide workshops, assessments, and solution design.
