Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee the lifecycle of ERP, WMS, MES systems and other enterprise applications.
• Lead system implementation, upgrades, and integrations; coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Analyze business processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose tech-driven improvements.
• Serve as liaison between IT and other departments; communicate capabilities to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity and governance across systems; enforce policies.
• Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, evaluate new technologies.
• Develop training programs and manage support to ensure high user satisfaction.
• Provide regular reporting on system performance, ROI, and metrics.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions.
