Job summary

NCS GLOBAL SERVICES is seeking an IT Solutions Analyst (MES Analyst) to drive MES strategy and lead global implementations. You will bridge business stakeholders, manufacturing operations, and IT, defining scalable MES solutions and ensuring alignment with SAP and cloud platforms.

The role requires strong SQL/JavaScript skills, MES knowledge, and SDLC expertise, with on-site responsibilities Monday–Friday in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Three+ years in MES-related architecture, leadership, and integration.
• Proficiency in English reading/writing.

Responsibilities

• Lead global MES implementations from blueprint to deployment.
• Gather requirements and define scalable MES solutions.
• Ensure MES integration with SAP and cloud platforms.
• Provide on-site shop floor guidance and training.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and quality.
