Job summary

Main Sail LLC is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead global, cross-functional technology initiatives in regulated manufacturing environments, with an immediate focus on Critical Manufacturing MES projects. The role requires strong planning, vendor management, and executive reporting across SAP/ERP, Quality, PLM, and data platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with relevant IT/PM experience or Master's degree with more experience.
• 8+ years of IT project leadership experience in global, matrixed environments.
• Experience delivering complex MES, upgrades, and integrations.
• Experience in manufacturing and regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of global IT projects with focus on MES initiatives.
• Manage MES implementations, upgrades, and site deployments from initiation to closure.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Manufacturing Operations, IT, Engineering, Quality, Validation, Supply Chain, Finance.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, budgets, and executive reporting.
• Manage scope, schedule, financials, risks, issues, dependencies, and change controls.
• Oversee vendor/SI management and SOW governance, delivery performance.
• Lead steering committees and executive communications; drive governance and adoption.
