Job summary

Main Sail LLC is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead global, cross-functional technology initiatives with a primary focus on Critical Manufacturing MES. You will coordinate MES deployments, integrations, and validation activities in regulated environments, while managing budgets, risks, and executive reporting.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong vendor and SI management, and the ability to drive adoption of Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid approaches across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with eight+ years of IT PM experience or Master’s with six+ years.
• Experience leading medium-to-large IT projects in global, matrixed organizations.
• Proven track record in manufacturing or regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of global IT projects across MES and enterprise domains.
• Manage MES implementations, upgrades, integrations, and site deployments.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, manufacturing, quality, and validation.
• Oversee budgets, risks, RAID logs, and executive reporting.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, GxP, and 21 CFR Part 11 requirements.
• Drive change management and stakeholder engagement.
