Job summary

Coherent Corp. is seeking a seasoned Business Systems and Process Expert in the Semiconductor Devices Business Group to serve as the enterprise authority for ERP, MES, and process optimization across planning, operations, and manufacturing.

This role leads cross‑functional initiatives, drives end‑to‑end standardization, strengthens data integrity, and partners with business leaders and IT to align system capabilities with strategic priorities, while guiding Agile delivery and building

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
MBA or equivalent is preferred.
At least 15+ years of relevant experience with enterprise systems and process transformation.

Responsibilities

Serve as senior expert for the Semiconductor Devices Business Group.
Lead design, implementation, and optimization of ERP and MES platforms.
Drive end-to-end process simplification and standardization across planning, operations, and manufacturing.
Establish consistent process frameworks and operating structures for scalability.
Partner with business, IT, and functional teams to align system capabilities with priorities.
Lead Agile-based delivery approaches to ensure timely, value-driven improvements.
Oversee cross-functional initiatives to improve data integrity and system integration.
Identify gaps and risks; define and execute improvement roadmaps.
Provide executive governance, communication, and reporting for major initiatives.
Build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams.
