Job summary

West Monroe seeks a Senior Consultant for the CFO Advisory team within Operations Excellence to help modernize finance organizations and ERP environments. You will bridge finance processes, technology, and program execution, taking ownership of complex ERP programs and driving value for clients.

You will work with finance, accounting, business, and technology teams to translate business needs into action, lead ERP workstreams, and coach junior staff while leveraging AI tools to accelerate

Qualifications

• 3+ years of consulting, ERP implementation, or finance transformation experience.
• Functional ERP knowledge across the implementation lifecycle is strongly preferred.
• Ability to work across finance, business, and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage ERP transformation workstreams and deliverables across client teams.
• Support finance and ERP transformation initiatives including planning, design, testing, training, and cutover.
• Lead or coordinate ERP cutover activities and post-launch stabilization.
