Job summary

West Monroe is seeking a Manager to join our CFO Advisory team within Operations Excellence. You will guide finance transformation, define application strategy, and drive implementation health checks.

Expect leadership across multiple ERP projects, client engagement, and career coaching while building strong internal networks. You will influence project scope, budgets, and analytics, partnering with senior stakeholders, and contributing to business development.

Qualifications

• 5+ years advising on ERP selection and implementation.
• Active PM on at least 5 full-cycle ERP implementations.
• Strong knowledge across Lead-to-Close, Order-to-Cash, P2P, R2R processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as delivery leader on moderate-to-high complexity engagements.
• Lead engagements in ERP strategy, software selection, and health checks.
• Oversee scope, budget, deliverables, profitability, and vendor management.
• Drive business development through internal partnerships and client opportunities.
• Mentor consultants and participate in recruiting and performance reviews.
