Job summary

West Monroe is seeking a Manager to join the CFO Advisory team within the Operations Excellence practice. You will lead ERP-focused engagements, modernize finance organizations, and drive transformation roadmaps while integrating methodologies across practices.

The role requires 5+ years in ERP advisory, strong project management, and the ability to travel up to 50%. You will mentor Consultants and play a key role in business development and client delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive ERP experience advising on selection and implementation.
• Active team member or PM on at least 5 full-cycle ERP implementations.
• Ability to lead multiple ERP strategy projects and develop work plans, pricing estimates and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a delivery leader on engagements of moderate-to-high complexity, communicating with C-level sponsors directly and managing delivery teams.
• Lead digital finance transformation projects across implementation workstreams, overseeing scope, budget, deliverables, profitability, and vendor management.
• Achieve business development goals through internal partnerships, educating channel partners on Financial Management offerings and scoping proposals.
• Model and mentor Consultants and Senior Consultants, embodying West Monroe values with clients and within teams.
• Act as Career Advisor for at least one Consultant and participate in performance management processes.
• Actively engage in recruiting, interviewing, and selecting campus and experienced new hires.
