Job summary

West Monroe in the United States is seeking a Manager to join our CFO Advisory team within the Operations Excellence practice. You will bring expertise in finance transformation, including developing application strategy and transformation roadmaps, and will mentor junior teammates on projects.

This role leads engagements, drives client relationships, and helps develop methodologies; travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related discipline or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years advising clients on ERP selection and implementation.
• Strong knowledge of Lead-to-Close, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a delivery lead on mid-to-high complexity engagements.
• Lead digital finance transformation projects and manage budgets, scope, and team performance.
• Develop opportunities with internal partners and scope projects/proposals.
• Mentor Consultants and Senior Consultants, guiding performance and growth.
• Act as Career Advisor for at least one Consultant and participate in recruiting.
