Job summary

West Monroe is seeking a Manager to lead CFO Advisory engagements and drive digital finance transformation for clients in the United States. You will oversee ERP strategy, implementation health checks, and change management while managing budgets and client relationships.

You will mentor Consultants, participate in recruiting, and help develop new methodologies. This role requires strong communication skills, travel up to 50%, and sponsorship-free work authorization in the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, MIS, Finance, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years advising on ERP selection and implementation; active PM on at least 5 full-cycle ERP implementations.
• Strong knowledge of Lead to Close, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Plan to Produce, Record to Report, Recruit to Retire.
• Expert project management with experience leading multiple ERP strategy projects including scope, pricing, budget, risk.
• At least 1 year of people management experience and passion for coaching.
• Strong data visualization and analysis skills; comfortable using Excel to present insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a delivery leader on moderate-to-high complexity engagements and manage client relationships.
• Lead engagements including fit-gap assessments, application strategy, vendor selection, and health checks.
• Oversee digital finance transformation projects across multiple workstreams and manage budgets and reporting.
• Develop business through internal networks, educate partners, and scope opportunities.
• Mentor Consultants and Senior Consultants and act as Career Advisor for at least one team member.
• Participate in recruiting and interview processes for new hires.
