Job summary

West Monroe is seeking a Senior Consultant to join the CFO Advisory team within Operations Excellence. You will help clients modernize their finance organizations and ERP environments, coordinating across finance, accounting, business, and technology teams to drive ERP programs forward.

The role requires 3+ years of ERP implementation or related experience, with strong project management and client-facing skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of consulting, ERP implementation, finance transformation, or related experience.
• Functional ERP knowledge across finance processes during implementation.
• Experience managing ERP workstreams or cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage ERP transformation workstreams and deliverables across finance, accounting, business, technology, and development teams.
• Support finance and ERP transformation initiatives including strategy, planning, process design, testing, training, cutover, and post-launch stabilization.
• Lead or coordinate cutover activities for transitions to new ERP environments.
• Plan and execute testing, facilitate issue triage, and drive resolution with cross-functional teams.
• Translate finance requirements into clear business and system needs for stakeholders.
