Alvarez & Marsal seeks a Senior Associate to join the CFO Services – Digital Finance Transformation team. You will modernize finance functions, enhance reporting transparency, and deliver measurable impact through technology-enabled solutions for private equity portfolio companies.

The role blends deep finance expertise with hands-on ERP experience, analytics, and automation, thriving in high-stakes environments to drive scalable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 4–8+ years of professional experience in finance, accounting or advisory
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
• Consulting or professional services background preferred, Big 4 desirable
• Experience in ERP implementations within finance transformation projects
• Strong finance foundation: cash flow, 3-stmt modeling, financial analysis
• Proficiency in Power BI, Alteryx or similar tools
• Familiarity with ERP platforms like NetSuite, SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Cloud or MS Dynamics 365
• Excellent communication and collaboration across finance and tech teams

Responsibilities

• Partner with CFOs and sponsors to modernize finance functions and reporting
• Deliver scalable, technology-enabled finance transformation solutions
• Support ERP implementation efforts within broader advisory projects
• Translate financial needs into actionable technology requirements
