• Strong coaching and performance management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day performance of the sales team and drive pipeline growth.
• Establish a consistent cadence with huddles, pipeline reviews, and 1:1s.
• Coach reps on selling skills, account strategy, and deal execution.
• Maintain accurate HubSpot pipelines and forecast discipline.
