Qualifications

• 5+ years in client success, account management, or consulting with a functional operations background.
• ERP experience as an end user, administrator, consultant, or project lead.
• Strong project management skills, proactive communication, and comfort managing escalations.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of large, complex inVESTED PRO clients as their primary point of contact.
• Hold regular business reviews with client leadership and translate business needs into action plans.
• Lead escalations and coordinate with delivery, support, and account teams to keep projects on schedule.
