Job summary

Net at Work seeks a Sage Enterprise Team Manager to lead and coach a team of service professionals delivering high-quality ERP services to clients. You will own project delivery, ensure client satisfaction, and drive profitability across assigned engagements.

Reporting to Consulting Management, you will bolster pre-sales and opportunity development, stay current with ERP trends, and oversee delivery quality, staffing, and engagement success across multiple client accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, quality assurance, or equivalent, required.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• More than five years experience in consulting or delivering complex technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of consultants to meet utilization targets and deliver high-quality work.
• Maintain and expand client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Oversee revenue and profitability of engagements and manage pricing strategy for new statements of work.
• Direct day-to-day project delivery to meet scope, timeline and budget; provide status updates to management.
