Job summary

The Vested Group is a leading Oracle NetSuite solutions provider, delivering ERP implementations, ongoing support, and custom solutions to growth-oriented clients. You will manage a high-impact portfolio and act as the primary liaison, guiding projects from initiation through delivery.

With 5+ years in client success or account management, you will drive strategic reviews, translate business needs into action plans, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery and client

Qualifications

• 5+ years in client success, account management, or consulting with a functional operations background.
• ERP experience as an end user, administrator, consultant, or project lead.
• Strong project management skills, proactive communication, and comfort managing escalations.
