Job summary

Oracle seeks a high-performing Sales Account Manager with a strong SaaS/Technology sales background to manage a portfolio of NetSuite customers. You will upsell and cross-sell ERP/CRM/PSA solutions, maintain a robust forecasted pipeline, and collaborate across teams to drive growth and customer success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of SaaS/Technology sales experience.
• Proven track record of managing opportunities to achieve monthly quotas.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Upsell and cross-sell within an existing NetSuite client base.
• Maintain and develop a forecasted opportunity pipeline to meet quotas.
• Drive pipeline velocity through references, quotes, and contract prep/execution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve sales performance and customer happiness.
• Analyze customer needs and develop strategies for growth and retention.
• Lead sales opportunities and close business, maintaining client relationships.
• Role is hybrid with 20% onsite travel; 25% travel in a later phase.
