Job summary

The Vested Group, part of Pine Services Group, seeks a proactive Success Manager to own relationships with the largest inVESTED PRO clients. You will partner with NetSuite consultants, lead escalations when needed, and ensure ongoing client value from go-live onward.

This fully remote role requires strong client-management, ERP experience, and a track record of delivering outcomes across complex programs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in client success, account management, consulting, or another client-facing role.
• Experience with ERP environments or implementations preferred.
• Familiarity with managing large/complex clients and executive stakeholders.
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, clear communication and cross-team coordination required.

Responsibilities

• Own relationships with a portfolio of large inVESTED PRO clients from day one.
• Hold regular business reviews with client leadership to set priorities.
• Translate client needs into prioritized action plans for NetSuite consultants.
• Track timelines, scope, and resources across multiple workstreams.
• Flag risks early and implement mitigation plans.
• Lead client escalations through to resolution.
• Coordinate with delivery, support, and account teams to stay on schedule.
• Suggest optimizations and additional modules to maximize value.
