Job summary

Soluna is seeking a Stock Administration Lead to own equity programs end-to-end in a NASDAQ-listed company. You will manage RSUs, restricted stock, and options for employees, directors, and consultants, while ensuring data accuracy and audit readiness.

You’ll lead a transfer agent transition, optimize processes, partner with Finance, Legal, and the Board, and stay current on SEC, Nasdaq, and ASC 718 requirements as Soluna scales.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of stock plan administration experience at a public company.
• CEP designation (Level 2 or 3) required.
• Experience managing a transfer agent relationship.
• Knowledge of Section 16 filings and Form 4 reporting.
• Familiarity with ASC 718 and equity tax implications.
• Proficiency with equity management platforms (Shareworks, Equity Edge Online, Carta).

Responsibilities

• Own equity plan administration for Soluna's Stock Incentive Plans (RSU, restricted stock, stock options).
• Manage grant data, vesting schedules, and participant records to be audit-ready.
• Lead transfer agent transition from vendor evaluation to data migration and communications.
• Coordinate with Finance, Legal, and the Board on disclosures and plan amendments.
• Maintain compliance with SEC rules, Nasdaq standards, and ASC 718.
