Job summary

Devoted Health is seeking a Senior Stock Plan Administrator to own and scale the company’s equity program. You will manage grant processing, cap table accuracy, and tax considerations, partnering with People, Legal, Accounting, Tax, Payroll, and broader Finance teams.

You will implement new tools, coordinate 409A valuations, and develop scalable processes for RSUs and other instruments as the program grows. Remote USA, base salary range listed with bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in equity plan administration, stock plan management, or related field.
• Hands-on administrator-level experience with Carta; Shareworks a plus.
• Strong knowledge of equity compensation principles and tax treatment (ISOs/NSOs, RSUs).
• Payroll systems integration and tax withholding experience.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily equity plan operations in Carta, including grants, exercises, cancellations, and cap table management.
• Evaluate tools and lead implementation of new solutions.
• Manage reconciliations and reporting; support liquidity events and employee communications.
• Design SOPs and internal controls; coordinate 409A valuation with Legal/Accounting.
• Lead HRIS/payroll integrations to streamline equity operations.
