Qualifications

• Manage employee stock ownership programs and ensure tax and securities law compliance.
• Record stock compensation expense and fair value calculations.
• Track deferred compensation liabilities.
• Prepare quarterly equity expense reports and tax reporting.
• Reconcile cap tables and vesting schedules with grant data.

Responsibilities

• Journal entries and expense recognition for stock compensation.
• Prepare quarterly equity expense reports for financial statements.
• Tax reporting (1099s, W-2 adjustments) and cap table reconciliations.
• Update grant databases and book compensation based on vesting.
• Track forfeited/expired options for accounting reversals.
