Job summary

UL Solutions is seeking a Senior Analyst in Equity Administration to support end-to-end administration of global equity compensation programs, ESPP activities, and related controls. The role collaborates with Legal, Finance, Payroll and external vendors to ensure accuracy, compliance and timely reporting.

The position is based in Chicago with a hybrid work arrangement (three days in the office). Strong data skills and experience with Fidelity Stock Plan Services are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in finance, business, accounting or related field.
• Minimum of five years in analytical/financial reporting or similar role at a public company.
• Minimum of three years in hands-on equity compensation administration, including grants, vestings and ESPP.

Responsibilities

• Administer end-to-end equity compensation processes, including LTI awards, ESPP, vestings and releases.
• Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Payroll and external vendors to ensure timely filings and reconciliations.
• Prepare SOX controls documentation and support audits.
• Maintain Fidelity Stock Plan Services data and ensure data accuracy across systems.
