Job summary

UL Solutions is seeking a Senior Analyst in Equity Administration to join the Global Total Rewards team. You will manage end-to-end equity programs, including LTIs, ESPP, vestings, and disclosures, partnering with Legal, Finance, Payroll and external vendors.

The role is hybrid, based in Chicago with three days in the office and potential remote consideration. You will drive process improvements with automation and AI while ensuring SOX controls and accurate financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in analytical/financial reporting or similar role in a public company.
• At least three years hands-on equity compensation administration experience.
• Experience with equity administration platforms, preferably Fidelity Stock Plan Services.

Responsibilities

• Administer global equity compensation programs and ESPP, ensuring timely, accurate processing.
• Own equity event processing from preparation through completion, including grants and vestings.
• Validate data and coordinate resolutions with internal and external partners.
• Prepare filings with Legal and support Form 4 disclosures.
• Support SOX controls, reconciliations and audits.
