Job summary

UL Solutions is seeking a Senior Analyst to join the global Total Rewards Equity Administration team in a hybrid Chicago-based role. You will manage day-to-day equity compensation activities, including grants, vestings, ESPP and related reconciliations, while partnering with Legal, Finance, Payroll and external vendors to ensure accuracy, compliance and timely reporting.

The role emphasizes process automation and the use of AI to improve efficiency, accuracy and scalability of equity

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum of five years of analytical/financial reporting/SOX/audit experience in a public company.
• At least three years of hands-on equity compensation administration experience.
• Experience using Fidelity Stock Plan Services and HR/payroll data integrations.
• Strong understanding of equity administration controls and cross-functional dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Administer global equity programs including LTIs, ESPP, vestings and awards.
• Validate data and coordinate resolution with internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare disclosures and support Form filings with Legal.
• Reconcile monthly/quarterly equity data with Finance and accounting.
• Support SOX controls and audit readiness with documentation.
• Maintain Fidelity Stock Plan Services data and integrations.
