Job summary

UL Solutions is seeking a Senior Analyst to administer global equity compensation programs within the Total Rewards team. You will manage ESPP, long‑term incentives, vestings and releases, and ensure timely, compliant processing across Legal, Finance, Payroll and external vendors.

You will leverage automation and AI to improve reconciliations, support SOX controls, and partner with cross‑functional teams for accurate reporting and disclosures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum of five years of analytical/financial reporting or SOX audit experience in a public company.
• Minimum of three years of hands-on equity compensation administration experience.
• Experience using Fidelity Stock Plan Services, with HR/payroll data integrations.

Responsibilities

• Administer day-to-day global equity compensation activities, including ESPP and vestings.
• Own equity event processing from pre‑to post‑completion.
• Validate data accuracy and coordinate with stakeholders for issue resolution.
• Prepare filings with Legal and support Form 4 disclosures.
• Coordinate reconciliations with Finance and assist in period-end close.
• Support audits and SOX controls with proper documentation.
• Maintain Fidelity data and HR integration accuracy.
• Leverage AI/automation to improve reconciliations and reduce risk.
